Privacy policy
What data this website collects, why it collects it and how long we keep it. We describe exactly what the website does — nothing more.
Effective from 7 October 2026
01Who is responsible for your data
The controller of your personal data is DANTRI TECH Ltd (ДАНТРИ ТЕХ ООД), UIC 208139324, registered in Botevgrad, Bulgaria, address: 33 Bozhko Bozhilov St..
For anything related to your personal data, write to us at office@dantri.tech.
02What data we collect
When you send us an enquiry
The enquiry form sends us your name, organisation or municipality, email, phone number (only if you enter it) and the text of your message. The server also records the date and time, the IP address and the type of browser the message was sent from, so that we can protect the form from spam and abuse.
When you browse the website
To know how many people visit the website and which pages they read, the server records, for every page that is opened: the IP address, the type of browser and device (computer, phone or tablet), which page was opened, which website you came from (only its name, not the exact address) and the time. Visits by search engines and automated programs (bots) are not recorded.
We use this data only in aggregate — numbers of visits and page views per day and per page. We do not build visitor profiles and do not combine this data with any other data.
What we do not do
- We do not set cookies for visitors.
- We do not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels or any other third-party tracking.
- Fonts, scripts and images are loaded only from our own server — when you open the website, your data does not reach third parties.
03Why and on what legal basis
- Enquiries. We process this data to reply to you and discuss your project (right after you send the form, an automatic confirmation that we have received it goes to the email address you entered) — steps taken at your request before a possible contract (Art. 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR). The IP address and browser are kept on the basis of our legitimate interest in protecting the form from spam and abuse (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Visit statistics. Our legitimate interest in knowing how the website is used and protecting it from abuse (Art. 6(1)(f)). To keep this to a minimum, full IP addresses are kept only for a short time and then shortened (see the retention periods below).
We do not make automated decisions and do not carry out profiling.
04How long we keep the data
| Data | Retention |
|---|---|
| Messages from the form | Up to 2 years from receipt, then deleted automatically. If an enquiry leads to a contract, the related correspondence is kept as required by the contract and the law. |
| IP address of a message | 30 days, then deleted. |
| Full IP addresses in the statistics | 30 days, then the last part is erased (for example 85.14.22.0) — the visit is still counted, but the visitor can no longer be identified. |
| Visit statistics (with shortened IP) | Up to 2 years, then deleted automatically. |
| Abuse-protection records (number of attempts from one IP) | 7 days. |
06Who has access to the data
- Only authorised DANTRI TECH staff, through a password-protected administration panel.
- The website is hosted by SuperHosting.BG, which stores the data on its servers as a data processor. The hosting provider also keeps standard technical server logs (IP address, time, requested address) according to its own policy.
- Messages from the form are also sent by email to our company mailbox.
We do not sell data and do not share it with third parties for advertising. We disclose data to public authorities only where the law requires it.
07Your rights
You have the right to request:
- access to the data we hold about you and a copy of it;
- rectification of inaccurate data;
- erasure of your data;
- restriction of processing;
- portability — the data from the form in a machine-readable format;
- and to object to processing based on our legitimate interest (the statistics and abuse protection).
Write to us at office@dantri.tech — we will reply within one month.
If you believe your rights have been infringed, you can lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection: 2 Prof. Tsvetan Lazarov Blvd., Sofia 1592, Bulgaria, www.cpdp.bg.
08Security
The website is served only over a secure connection (HTTPS). The administration panel is protected by a password and a limit on sign-in attempts, and the database cannot be accessed from outside.
09Changes to this policy
If we change how the website handles data, we will update this page. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
